Can you imagine being one of the people who had come to be baptized by John on the very day that Jesus came to be baptized? On that day the sky opened up, the Holy Spirit came down, and “…a voice came from heaven and said, “You are my Son, the one I love. I am very pleased with you.”” (Luke 3:22 – ERV) What an experience! What a proclamation! What a feeling it is to be affirmed by the Father.

PEGGY KELLY
FAMILY MINISTRY DIRECTOR
Peggy Kelly is a member of the Senior Leadership Team and followed God’s calling to Family Ministry Director in May 2021. She has a degree in early childhood education and was the director of a Christian preschool for ten years. Peggy has been attending CCC since 1998, was baptised as an adult here, and over the years has served as Sunday school teacher, VBS Director, Deacon, and Women’s Ministry Coordinator.
When not at CCC, Peg is a nutrition & health coach, providing wellness solutions for perimenopausal women. She loves running, hiking, paddleboarding, reading, with nap time a very close second. She is happily married to her high school sweetheart, has two ‘kids’ who decided to become adults, and one happy dog.
